I love using the lens of Gary's book, The Thank You Economy. There is a massive hole in the market where businesses are not doing micro follow up. I literally spent two to three hours a day answering people's questions in video format for free and with no expectations. Just like when people ask me questions, I get so annoyed. Oh my God.
