How ur nucleaer power actually works and what the possible advances are has always been a bit of a blur to me. But i think ultimately we have to go in that direction. Two, three, five out though it makes sense to use the stuff a bit more productively. Why are you less worried about nuclear proliferation than some other people? You just keep control of the fuel cycle. And every country's already its own niclatlational energy source. Though there may be processs or whatever which may be safeguarded within internationally regulated fields. No one knows for sure how much waste is currently being produced by countries around the world who don't know exactly where they're going to end up
