Snyder has owned the team for a quarter century and it's all but unrelenting failure. There were flashes like they hired, he hired Joe Gibbs back and that four year period now looks like a dynasty. But even during that time, two playoff runs and then two seasons where they lost double digit games. The chances that you had to maybe build some foundation for success were lost like that because you wanted more power.
