The Biggest Lessons for Real Estate Investors

I wanted to hear what some of the better answers that you received on how to handle a downturn. I think my biggest takeaway is making sure you have good debt on the property. All of our interest rates are fixed. We still feel good about everything, but it's our responsibility to make sure we're communicating that to investors right now.
