How to Maximise Training Time Without It Costing You Too Much?

The cost of duration, aye, works very differently from the cost of intensity. You can accumulate more training time by controlling your intensity bearers. A five minute training stetion where you go as hard as you can could be the same as a two hour training setion. But for two hours you're going to go at a much lower intensity. So the cost of duration is so much more costly than the duration,. its disproportionately more costly tha to increase intensity than to increase duration.
