The Federal Reserve's Longevity Mismatch Problem

Is it fair to say that the Federal Reserve has become the world's largest regional bank you know with a duration mismatch problem? Essentially yeah and I wrote an article about that months ago. Unlike most banks they actually have an operating loss meaning that their liabilities are yielding higher than their assets which is historically very unusual.
