Crystal's 1.0 Release

Crystal has reached the milestone of 1.0, which means it's now stable enough to be used in production. The language is backwards compatible and will stay there until at least 2.0. There are a lot of things that Crystal would like to do when they're going to break things. But for the time being, we're happy with 1.0 branch and adding new stuff in a way that's backwards compatible.
