Former Fed Chair Richard Clouder joins Stony Constom to talk about the ECB and banking troubles behind the scenes. He says there's not much daylight between what he thinks they should do and what he expects them to do. "The Fed has supervisors on the ground with thousands of banks at a very granular level, and so certainly some of that information is not in the public domain," said Clouder.
