i always thought papers should have clinical relevance and ad i almost never published animal studies, just because wasn't obvious to the practising neurologist that this had any relevance to clinical neurology. I do enjoy them when you don't have too much time, and they're always fun u i've noticed that you only publish t s that tend to be unique insight iv. And so so important, i was eager to have a a large readership, a large subscribership and a ever increasing impact factor in achentaxent. So i set my sights on both.
