The Challenge Is to Understand What Could Go Wrong With Your Automation
The challenge then is to really understand the environment that you're trying to deploy into and anticipate what could go wrong. One of the things I recommend is actually building into your automation some degree of understanding about what's a safe action and what's an unsafe action. And just slow down the unsafe actions a little bit to give the intelligent elements in this socio-technical system an opportunity to see that something is not going right and intervene.
