Aiden: I still could every minute of every day have to remind myself to be aware in some capacity and stopped drifting off to future past things. It's funny even when you've meditated for years and years and years I've only meditated for a year in six months now. Aiden: If I keep trying this will it become easier as the myelin builds for me to have that sentiment in every single thought and action I don't know how much of that happened before your meditative practice if I just don't know but I do notice it.
