Is a Total Function a Partial Function?
A function being total means of all the possible imput that come into this. We have to handle all of them. Math cheats, because you can always say that. So what you describe isa called none like very it's neve not original way of calling it,. But if it's not a total function, it's a partial function. There is only parts of it that work.
