Ray Ray's Story
He was a Richmond player in just his eighth game with the club. Ray picked up 21 disposals and kicked two goals in his half-forward role. He continued to flourish until around 12 clutch with Hawthorne at Prince's Park when he sustained a serious knee injury that turned out to be career ending for him. His best performance came against St Kilda, where he had an impressive 20 disposal display. And it wasn't until round 20 of this season that he regained his place in the senior side. The Tigers won their 73 finals campaign by 30 points or more.
