The Arizona Law Says You Can't Ask for My ID Unless You're Being Charged
Jeff Durbin: The cop didn't even know that he needed to have a calibrated meter. He said the officer probably knows no violation laws, which is something they deal with pretty regularly. But instead of doing that, he gets sent to the right call and says okay, whoever is calling it isn't breaking the law. And then I don't know if you're going to play it up with the supervisor or anything like that but we see that very often in enforcement," Jeff told CNN's John Sutter.
