I don't want to buy something when it's being sold to me. So I thought, well, how do I make my investment decision really easy? And I do that by if I meet someone and they're pitching, then I immediately say no. The guaranteed result is I'm going to miss out on some amazing deals. And I have, but I'm OK with that because I think I'll make fewer mistakes.
