This still doesn't clarify for me at what level your opposition is to this idea of coordinating to prevent stuff from happening. Let's say we're open to you to coordinate on a large scale to prevent regulation. Is that fine for you? Because it's bringing about the result that you want, or is it not fine because it's using the method of course? As you probably well know, when you have principles that relate different levels, often you can create, if not paradoxes at least, conflicts by extending that same description through multiple levels. And in a certain sense, that's paradoxical. That is a generic anti-regulation position can't be in favor of regulating regulation. So
