When you have like 2000 users to manage it can get pretty hectic A lot of times since our org is more Automated a lot a lot of stuff in our org is has been automated already. But I don't think my job is like more stressing like I'm not ever like super duper stressed out It's always like hey this broke. How do we fix it? So I asked the team the team helps me or if I do know how to fix it I just go in there and fix it and problems solved and just move on to the next thing.
