How do you keep your skill sharp if you're only giving up 20 % of your time doing the hands on thing? You know, technology changes pretty quickly. What shasha does is she arranges her time in a way where she can take some small projects every week and those are very simple. There's small projects that she can do that won't block her team. But she also talked about it in a way that really struck me, which is that these little problems are more just to get a little bit of daily practice. It's like keeping your fingers nimble, but it's not making your soul sing.
