Kazinsky has a philosophy of human agency in relation to technology. He says that power is just in the atmosphere, and we can never really find a way to actually utilize it for our own betterment. And i think this is partly why individual people are relatively impotent when it comes to guiding the system. I mean, they can't function olose one person or two people, even even the top people. The system has to go on. It has to keep functioning.
