What Are the Basic Principles of Calendars?
Don't put on your primary calendar anything that dies if it isn't done on that day. One way I get around this is I mainly use three or four calendars. My main Google calendar is all the stuff that will die if it doesn't happen that day. Like, I'm recording seven podcasts this week. It's kind of a lot for me. You know what I mean? If you do that well, you can understand how little time you have to dig around.
