The Supreme Court's Decision to Reenact Miffa, Pristone

Last Friday night, we finally got word from the Supreme Court on the big Miffa, Pristone case that has been kind of dominating the headlines. In a normal judiciary, this should have been a no brainer. The thing is, in these big mega corporations, you have things happening that don't necessarily have a lot to do with the news.
