Data Collection

The two laws coming into effect on January 1st in the United States, California requires you to conduct risk assessments. Virginia wants one every time someone does targeted advertising. So I think it's going to slow down, or at least it should slow down, data collection activities. The amount of documentation for compliance needs has continued to increase and the fines for not having those documents tend to be relatively high.
