In recent months, we've seen Binance take a slightly more defensive stature towards other jurisdictions that have come down on them. There's just not the type of record-keeping that you would need in order to operate as an exchange. The bar is pretty high, I think, for companies to register and operate under securities regulations in the United States. And I think it would just be really challenging for that to happen.
