For your analgesics, perhaps fentanyl or maybe that hydromoraphone for sedatives, they're pretty much limited to antipsychotics like haloperidol or benzos. And benzos are probably not a great choice in general, but if it's going to be just rare occasional doses, it's probably okay. So as far as drug choice here, again, I want you to view all sedatives as bad and ideally you wouldn't need them.
