If we go back to march 20, twentye me that drawdown was a lot shorter than a lot of people visioned. Looking back, it was really only four weeks from peak to trough. There are some moments, like in pure panic situations, that it s pay to be tactical if you have the cash to do it. When things get so cheap, it's very hard. It's like warren buffet, eventually, right? We would be greedy when others are fearful, al right? So when that happens, you want to have the ability to do it."
