Are You Afraid to Lay Down?

As attorneys, we try to be a little bit more vulnerable with our information. We are not at all advocating for laying down and letting people roll us over. And so I think what's really cool about this approach is that it helps us to create better relationships. But if we recognize that the other person isn't meeting us with this type of approach, then we have to adjust and we must be more assertive.
