The Importance of Soft Skills in Higher Education
I want to talk about soft skills, such a great topic. I used to belong to a group, local businesses in the college local community college and they had a meeting once a month. And one of the things that we had talked about so much was soft skills. It's probably the number one criticism of higher education today. We don't have the time or the energy or the expertise to be teaching people soft skills. So how do we bridge that?
