What Is IFS?
I was trained as an interpretive counselor and psychotherapist so I'm passionate about integrating therapies because they're not always going to be great necessarily standalone. We know ERP is wonderful for many people but it's not perfect and yeah that's why we need to look look at other therapies in in unison with it. So what do we mean by IFS? That's always a loaded question but I will try to be succinct and you can pause me at any momentYeah no worries, let's start.
