Hemingway and Pauline Naif-Fyfer

A short story about two characters, Henry and Helen. They are a pair of well-to-do like a writer and a woman from a moneied family. He's suffering from gangrene after a bacterial infection of his leg. And they're worried that the worry is that no help will come before Henry succumbs to the gangrene.
