The Importance of Having a Conversation

A couple of indicators I look for in people now are red flags. One is, does, do they have any other friends? You know, if ministries are only world, they're going to get burned out really quick. And then they start making stupid decisions. The moral issue thing is so hard. We have to always think about that. But but you're also maybe preventing them from going down a road that they think, oh, I've gone down too far now. And now I'm stuck.
