The Influence of Nepotism on the NFL Coaching Tree
Kyle Shanahan is a perfect example of this I think across the board because he's the beneficiary of nepotism right like Mike Shanahan a great head coach Kyle Shanahan gets his start essentially because Mike Shanahan exists and then Kyle Shanahan has birthed this coaching tree of his buddies. It might be bad in concept but it's actually created one of the most successful coaching trees in NFL historyright which I think is a product of that line being blurry.
