The Weak Force and Electromagnetism

The Higgs boson breaks the symmetry between the two forces, leaving one of them very powerful. So if I took two neutrinos and I cooled them down out there in space and I stuck them together, would they stick together to the weak force? You could put two neutrino into a bound state if they were very, very cold, so they didn't have enough kinetic energy to escape these bonds. And you could even add more maybe. A whole planet of neutrinos would do the same thing. Like right now, there's a hundred billion neutrinos passing through every square centimeter of the surface of the earth every second but yet we don't feel them.
