Athletes - What Is a Lap?
Coaches and psychologists use the theory of negative thinking to help athletes improve their performance. A lap is locate a cue, activate your imagery and plan for performance. For an athlete, they don't care about getting from a to b as fast as possible on kicking a ballnt in a net. So i had to, had to slightly change what i was thinking and sayto that dialogue in itself. It's hugely important.
