What Is the Safe Point Bias Problem?

So if you take 100 stack traces from your programm, and 99 of them were stuck in some function fo, then probably your function fo is slow. And the safe point bias problem estemps from the fact that these older profiles could only obtain the stack special s called safe points. This safe point byis problem makes the output of profiles not as accurate in some cases as it should be e they make sense.
