Can a Capital Gains Tax Really Make a Difference?
The core of the problem is that we're not building enough homes for everyone. A capital gains tax might get some speculation out of the market, but i don't think it solves the corps. There's really not much the federal government can do. So it's got to find a way to get the municipalities to to change some of their planning processes.
