How Much Hygienic Are You Expected to Do?

Lk: It's very challenging to maintain that level of hygiene, for me. But i think that this principle can be extracted to literally every area of life. Lk: At this moment in the time line, these are the expectations placed on me, and these are the ones that i'm going to realize y're not right for me. And then that might change later on. So i need not be too calcified in my identity around what i'm willing and unwilling to do.
