Teaching at Northwestern University - What's the Parallels?

In 2001, after serving as an assistant professor of finance at Northwestern University, you came to the Chicago Fed. Do you see any parallels in your current role to teaching students? You know, there are some parallels. I would say that one of the things that really struck me when I made that transition from academia into the Fed was how different it was to work collaboratively.
