The Importance of Digital Marketing
Mavis wasn't making significant investments, partly because there was a lot of great investments that the business could make in other places. For us, the biggest opportunity was simply increasing top of funnel awareness to then drive better conversion moving forward. The second part of it is to make the customer not a one time transaction wandering in or making a phone call in but rather to have an ongoing awareness.
