The Power of Public Goods and Private Goods

An a ma really is the right way to grow an idea and share it. In other times, consortions are the right place to growing an idea. Or sometimes it's an corporation. Sure, how do you think about an idea in its life cycleand really where it should live? I think in terms of public goods and private goods. What's brilliant about the way, at least american research has worked is we understand the power of those two things. And i think what makes a system work is to have that spectrum, to go the way from public goods to private goods.
