I'm in the process of writing a book and it's on the five health profiles. And so imagine this, the body wants to stay in homeostasis. So I'll basically write up a protocol for nutrition and lifestyle in order for them to kind of bend the tree the opposite way. This is long term. There is no quick fix really, right? With health. You got to put the work in. you got to naturally get your body to be in balance again.
