Are You a Searcher or a Organizer?

I'm a total searcher. I archive everything because the search feature is so amazing in G Suite. Technology exists for most anything. How do we set expectations? How do we hold people accountable? And how do we give them the tools to kind of paint by numbers? For us, it's going to be creating more systems and processes to make this easy for people.
