Is the History of Europe in the 20th Century Global History?
I like the way in which we cover certain important key national context but is doing so at every moment interleak linking with the kind of continental wide changes and interactions that are taking place. I would take a little issue with the idea that you really have to that European history during this period is global history. It's not just okay we study and understand Europe and that helps us understand how transformation might happen in the rest of the world, but it's also how these liberation movements, how the world's in those places,. The continuation of neo colonialism and imperialism in the kind of post war and post colonial environment is also shaping Europe.
