How to Convince People With Limited Time
Under limited time, should you share your map or try to read theirs? I still think that sharing your map at the outset is like the best way to actually change other people's minds. Being willing to expose your own belief structure first causes other people to feel less like they're about to get tricked. Then then when you're like, okay, cool. Now will you let me know why you believe what you believe? It feels less like a trap.
