In the late fourth century, there seem to be these polarized coalitions which have emerged in arabia and syria between particular groups. And what ends up happening throughout the fourth century is you get a stalization and a concentration of arabic speaking tribes in the north. So over the course of the fourth entury, what ends of happening is these identities slowly but surely solidify. It se these two sleeping giants that soroe rise later on.
