Tamil Nadu used to be like nine to 10th in terms of that ranking it's now like number two. Haryana is doing way worse than you know for a prosperous state and yet it's one of the richest states in India. Even for relatively poor states with really problematic metrics one state has done relatively better off which is behar compared to mother Pradesh.
India is run in a top-down way with a Northern bias -- and this is a problem.
