So essentially, as i understand it, garry's position is that you have good calories and bad calories,. The bad calories are basically carbohydrates, and in particular, refined carbohydrates and sugars. It's their consumption that is causing us to get really fat. Am: In my model, those pathways are acting via calory, is primarily calory intake. But am, the main way in which the brain regulates body fatness, is by regulating yourcalory intake.
