The Middle Brothers' Camp on a Graveyard

The body of a man in his 60s was found on the ground near Stokon Trent, England. A forensics team discovered that it had been deposited there between 1995 and 2005. The victim's identity has never been revealed despite numerous attempts to identify him via DNA or teeth. Peter Moore is believed to be the killer but he may have given police false information so as to throw them off the scent. Is it possible that Moore wasn't lying when he spoke of this Jason character? Or did the body simply belong to Moore's uncredited fifth victim? As frustrating as it may be, these are questions that might never be answered.
