Is There Any Debt Threatening the Equity?

As of september thirtieth, naspers was worth a hundred and 64 billion dollars. And their net debt is three billion dollars. If they needed to just wipe out thet eight billion dollars - that's not threatening the empire here. They could just sell five % of their ten ent stake and never have debt so or take care of the debt. So i'm not, i don't feel like there's any thread of debt here threatening the equity.
