How to Prioritize Your Green Time

Green time is what makes you money, let it be stolen from you or you steal it from yourself. Red time is when you get pulled in. Research all your leads. Call them all. Email them all. Do one thing at a time. Have that red time and set the time accordingly. It's very rare unless you are an inbound sales rep where you're responding to an inbound lead every hour. That's green time because you're getting the results. Whereas if you're an outbound or you're an AE, it will be an email all day long. There's no emails coming through that require your attention for too long. So lock it off! If someone steals
