In november, after a few months of answers, gregg's family announces a 50 thousand dollar reward. That leads nowhere. So susi hires a man named ken brennon, who's a former police officer and special agent. They re interview the electricians who had been staying in the rooms throughout the hotel. One says he heard rumors about a gun going off in one of the rooms but he isn't sure if it's related. And they decide to go into the adjoining room where the electricians have been and look at that side. There's a hole that lines up with the one that goes into gregg's room. It had been patched with tooth paste.
